Last minute Zombie Costume

Hey there!
I'm gonna show you how to put together a costume literaly at the every last minute. So first you can get any top or t-shirt you don't wear any more and go grab scissors. Okay now heres the fun part! TEAR that shirt up, let all your anger out by ripping the edges of the shirt and creating circles in the outer centres of the fabric. To finish the look off you can wear washed out jeans but in a really bold colour, this is optinal, if you like you can wear an accessory like a skull necklace that you see in the picture; bought from New Look a while ago at a low price.

So for the make-up.......well honestly I didn't have a clue in my head what to do with my makeup but I just picked up my brushes and went with the flow. First off make sure that your skin looks really pale almost as if your actually dead. If you have light skin thats great but if you're slightly tan like me, use pale white foundation. Now for the eye makeup first put a light but bold coloured red from your eyelid to the browbone, then add some to under your eye, next get black eyeshadow, apply it to the underline of your eye and also to the lid all the way to the browbone but making sure that the red is still visible. apply purple, brown and blue to some parts to give a bruised effect.
Do this with any part of your face, first the red slowly adding and dabing black, grey, brown, purple, blue and a bit of darker red at the very end.
For the lips use red lipstick (even though I wasn't wearing it that moment in the picture) Apply a tiny coat of  purple eyeshadow on the edges of the lips.
If you like you can tease your hair.

Bye for now, Hope to post soon and happy halloween!

First start of by making as many chocolate cupcakes as you like, there are a million and one different recipes online so you could easily find one somewhere!

What you'll need

  • Batch of chocolate cupcakes
  • White buttercream frosting
  • 2 toothpicks
  • Tube of black decorator's icing

How to make it

  • Frost the cupcakes.
  • For each cupcake, use the tip of a toothpick to lightly etch the outline of two large Jack Skellington eyes in the frosting.
  • Slowly pipe black decorator's icing onto the etched lines and then fill in the inner circles. Use another toothpick to spread and smooth the icing.
  • Pipe on two short lines for a nose. Next, pipe a long line across the bottom of the cupcake for the mouth. For the finishing spooky touch, randomly top the mouth with a bunch of short icing barbs.

Candy Corn Cupcakes!

Hey everybody! I don't know about you but I think I slightly obsessed with Candy Corn. I think they are absolutely adorable and delicious. So I decided to share this cute and easy cupcake recipe! Hope you guys enjoy!

What you'll need:
Cake Mix (Better Crocker's white cupcake mix)
Oil, Water and eggs (for the mix)
yellow and red food colouring
vanilla essence
white frosting (ready-made or homemade)
orange sprinkle (opional)
candy corn to garnish (opional)
white cupcake cups

The reason why I chose a cake mix is because later on when you're layering the colours you don't want it to be too runny or the colour on top of the yellow will sink to the bottomof the cupcake cup.

So first of all follow the instructions on the cake mix. Add in your vanilla essence. Then seperate the mix evenly into 3 bowls. keep one bowl white and add a few drops of yellow into one of the 2 bowls. Make sure the yellow is not too bright. The add a few drops of yellow and red to the next bowl. Stir until colour desired.

Pour the yellow mix into the cupcake cups and wait for a few minutes to set. Then add orange, wait to set, the add white. Cook until ready and wait to cool down. Then pipe on the white icing. Don't forget to garnish with a few orange sprinkles and a candy corn on top.
Enjoy!

Happy Halloween,
Bianca

Red Coat from Pretty Little Liars Costume Tutorial

Hey guys!
Today im gonna be showing you a really quick and affordable costume idea from the tv show Pretty Little Liars. PLL is one of my favourite tv shows so i decided to give you an idea, so for any of you who have less than 24 hours to come up with an idea then keep on reading:

Clothing:
All your gonna need is a red coat which you should probably have in your closet already but if you don't its okay, you could quickly go down to a thriftshop near you and they'll probably have one there, if they dont then you could also go to penney's and buy one for an affordable price. Red coat also has black tights and black high heels, if you would like something a bit more comfer then you could throw on a pair of black converse.

Hair:
Red coat has blonde hair,if you have blonde hair just curl it and your good to go.
But if you don't you could easily find a wig somewhere, maybe even a friend might have one.

Makeup:
For makeup i would recommend going for a nuetral eye but a bright pop of colour on the lips such as a red (mac or rimmel have good one's)
But really it's up to you have fun doing different makeup looks for halloween!

And thats it, hope you guys enjoyed . if you recreate this look dont forget to send us an email! See ya next time ;)

Candy Corn Nails

So in the spirit of halloween, I decided to come up with this cute candy corn tutorial. I think these are the most adorable nails for Halloween, of course apart from the usual scary Halloween-themed nails. So let's get started!

First of all what you're gonna need:
Tape
Black nail polish-Essence 144 Black is Black
Yellow nail polish-Asian brand (borrowed from friend)
Orange nail polish-Claire's nail polish (no name)
white nail polish-Claire's nail polish (no name)
basecoat-Angelica Matte Basecoat
topcoat- NYC In a minute nail polish in Grand central station

I first put on my basecoat and paint a two thin coats of the black. Make sure its dry to the touch, then place two strips of tape on both sides to form a triangle. Then paint the triangle white. Wait for that to dry the paint an orange strip across the the white tringle using the nail polish brush. Do the same thing with the yellow. Then paint on a generous amount of topcoat. And you're all  set! You'll sure get complements on your adorable candy corn nails.

Tips:
-Make sure you wait between colours so they won't smear.
-thin coats do best.
